Musk dubbed himself “Ozempic Santa” in the X post, noting it’s “Like Cocaine Bear, but Santa and Ozempic!”
“Technically, Mounjaro, but that doesn’t have the same ring to it,” he clarified. Mounjaro, like Ozempic, is a GLP-1 inhibitor – a class of drugs developed to help people with diabetes regulate their blood glucose and insulin levels.
However, Americans have increasingly been using GLP-1 inhibitors to successfully shed pounds.
Musk, 53, noted that he prefers Mounjaro to Ozempic because taking “high doses” of the latter drug made him “fart & burp like Barney from the Simpson’s.”

Is empty stomach cardio good for fat loss. Fasted cardio is a very common way of losing eight fast but it can also cause muscle loss. If you have higher body fat percentage then you should do morning cardio or morning workout without a meal but if you have a lean body and have less bodyfat then you should eat protein or eaa or bcaa before workout or intra workout.
What Really Causes Weight Loss And Weight Gain
My 6 favorite tips for losing fat fast & breaking through plateaus ⬇️
1. Eat a protein-rich, substantial breakfast; you will eat less all day.
2. Replace a meal a day with a shake; you’ll lose more weight and keep it off. Start with a high-quality protein powder; add healthy fats, flax seed, and slow, low carbs. This works so well because protein helps you feel fuller, longer.
3. Don’t chow down before bed. Create a fasting period of twelve to fourteen hours.
4. Find hidden sugars & lower your sugar impact. You know you’re adding sugar to your coffee, but what about that yogurt? Often it’s loaded with fruit juice concentrate, which is high in fructose.
5. Burst to blast fat! Walk for a few minutes, and then go as hard and fast as you can for thirty seconds, until you’re out of breath, then walk it off for twice as long. Repeat for four to eight minutes of bursting in thirty second increments.
6. Practice “caloric variability.” A few times a week, replace starchier carbs like quinoa pasta with non-starchy vegetables. It’s not just about lowering calories; it’s about shifting foods.
